Congrats to the Garden Grove Pony 13U All-Star Team for winning the Chino Hills Inaugural Memorial Day Tournament! It was a hard fought pitchers duel with Garden Grove beating the SoCal Bandits 2-1. Good job team!!!

Also, congratulations to Anthony Vo - our team MVP!!

Congratulations to the Shetland All-Stars who placed 3rd in the Irvine Memorial Weekend Tournament! The future of Garden Grove Pony Baseball looks good with players like these!

Congratulations to the Mustang  All-Stars who placed 2nd in the Irvine Memorial Weekend Tournament! Way to go, hard work pays off!

Parking can be a little tricky from time to time on game days and we especially want to be good neighbors to all the families living near the Garden Grove Pony Baseball Fields.

I'm sure there's been a time where you've come home and maybe there is a party on your block and you couldn't even park in front of your own house if you wanted to. We've all gotten upset by this I'm sure...so imagine what it must be like to the people who live near the fields. Lots of cars all day lining their street.

To help eleviate this problem, there is ample parking at both Crosby Elementary (across the street from the fields and through the open gate) and Walton Intermedate (through the long driveway between the fields and the park) and both these gates will be open for the duration of the games.

Please feel free to use these parking lots. It's less walking to and from the fields and also will help the neighbors of Garden Grove Pony Baseball know that we are thankful and grateful for being a part of the community.

Garden Grove Pony Baseball is seeking donations of Unused gift cards to any store in any amount.  We will use the proceeds from these cards to help cover the cost of the many sponsorship opportunities we provide annually.  You will be mailed a donation thank you letter containing our tax id number upon receipt of your donation.  If you are not going to use the card, there is a child who can benefit from your generocity.  If you know someone who can help please give them the info.  Please mail card(s) to:

PONY is an acronym for Protect Our Nation's Youth. The concept for the name originally came from boys at the local YMCA in Washington, Pennsylvania and stood for "Protect Our Neighborhood Youth," but when PONY became an international program in the early 1950's "Neighborhood" was switched to "Nation's."

GGPB is a premier league within the PONY organization with over 500 players.  We are proud of our young players and the support from the community.
